Vanessa Zamarripa is in the Hall Of Fame at UCLA and the Hall of Fame for Region 5 for her success in gymnastics. She is one of the most successful gymnasts of the UCLA Bruins and a former US National Team member.
Aside from the Hall of Fame, some of her most notable awards during her tenure at UCLA include NCAA Vault Champion, and a member of the UCLA Bruins women's gymnastics team that won the NCAA National Championship title. She scored nine perfect 10s on vault in her NCAA career and holds 19 All-American honors.
During her senior season, she was the NACGC/W Division I National Gymnast of the Year and AAI Award Winner, which is awarded to the nation's top collegiate senior gymnast. She was also the West Region Gymnast of the Year and Pac-12 Gymnast of the Year twice. In 2015 she was awarded All-Century Team, an honor recognizing the top gymnasts who have competed in the Pac-12 Conference over the past 100 years.
After graduating with honors from UCLA, alongside her success in gymnastics, Vanessa began a career in film for more than ten years and counting. Beyond her contributions as a stuntwoman to blockbusters like Terminator, the Transformers movies, and Free Guy, Vanessa has also expanded into the world of real estate.
With her paired experience in both film and real estate, Vanessa has brought her productions to the publishing industry as a children’s book author. Join her journey as she prepares to release a series of books inspired by the lessons learned as a student-athlete and in life.
